What is a Mechanical Contractor?

A mechanical contracting firm is a licensed company that builds and/or services heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, known collectively as “mechanical systems”.

Many of our mechanical contractors also “retrofit” older buildings with new high-efficiency systems, reducing energy consumption while saving building owners maintenance time and expense.
